Do I need to Log in?

OX PLAY requires login to manage services and users that can actually be used.

How do I Sign up?

Currently, OX PLAY is under development and does not support membership registration. Please contact support@oxplayapp.com.

Music does not play

Unable to connect and play due to device, browser or server circumstances. Please send the various browsers you are having problems with to support@oxplayapp.com.

I think there is a bug in the service

Bug reports are always welcome. Please describe the bug and what happened to support@oxplayapp.com.

How much internet data is used?

Due to the nature of running in a browser, all music is played through streaming, so Internet data usage may be high.

What is the difference between Radicals?

Radicals is faster and offers many features, but only supports Android.

Is your account information synced?

Your information will always be saved if you use the same OX PLAY account.

Is this service free?

OX PLAY is provided for free, but is subject to change.
